This Privacy Policy explains how Wealthh (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mutual-fund information assistant, available at ai.wealthh.in and ai.kalman.in. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Google account information. When you choose to connect your Google account, we receive your email address and an OAuth access/refresh token that authorizes the Service to call the Google Generative Language (Gemini) API on your behalf.
- Conversation data. The messages you send and the responses generated, so we can display your chat history.
- Technical data. Basic request metadata (such as a session identifier) required to operate the Service.
How we use information
- To authenticate you and call the Gemini model using your own Google account, so the assistant can generate responses.
- To provide informational mutual-fund data and maintain your chat history within the Service.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your Google data for advertising.
Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure
Wealthh’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the scopes necessary to call the Generative Language API on your behalf and do not transfer this data to third parties except as required to provide the Service.
Data storage and retention
- OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are used only to call the Gemini API for your session.
- Inactive connection sessions are automatically deleted after 7 days.
- You can disconnect your Google account at any time from within the app, which removes the stored tokens for that session.
Sharing
Your prompts are sent to Google’s Generative Language (Gemini) API to generate responses, governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not share your personal information with other third parties except as needed to operate the Service or as required by law.
Security
We use encryption and access controls to protect stored credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data.
Your choices
You may disconnect your Google account at any time, or contact us to request deletion of your data.
